How a caseworker stops spending the time on searching
A supervisory authority handles a high volume of applications, complaints and supervisory cases, and each one needs an overview of the case files, the rules, prior practice and the party's history. KnowledgeHub assembles that overview with source citations, so the caseworker spends the time on the assessment. The caseworker makes the decision.
The caseworker makes the decision.
The overview takes the time
Case histories are long, and the rules are spread across statute, executive orders and guidance. Practice sits in earlier decisions that are hard to find.
Information about the party sits in several systems: earlier cases in the records system, correspondence in email, filings in a line-of-business system and registers such as CVR. Before the caseworker can start assessing, all of it has to be found and pieced together.
That takes time on every case, and it leads to uneven practice, because two caseworkers won't necessarily find the same things. New caseworkers have it hardest, because they don't yet know where to look.
KnowledgeHub connects to the records system, line-of-business systems, email and filings, and to external sources such as Retsinformation, CVR and, by agreement, decisions and judgments. Nothing is replaced, and users only see what they have access to in the source system.
The overview can start from the case: the case files, the relevant rules and similar earlier cases. Or it can start from the party, for example a company under supervision: earlier cases, orders, correspondence and CVR data. Where relevant and lawful, the knowledge graph shows the links between owners and companies. Everything is cited to its source.
KnowledgeHub prepares the case. It doesn't make the decision or recommend an outcome.
An overview of the case
The case files, the relevant rules and similar earlier cases, with source citations.
An overview of the party
Earlier cases, orders, correspondence and CVR data, and links between owners and companies via the knowledge graph.
The caseworker decides
KnowledgeHub doesn't make the decision or recommend an outcome.
A new case, with the overview ready
The case lands
A new case about a company that hasn't complied with an order.
Before the caseworker opens the files, KnowledgeHub has assembled the overview.
What happened before
The company has two earlier supervisory cases and received the order three years ago.
The correspondence from back then is in email, the filings in the line-of-business system. Both are cited.
A connection via the owner
The knowledge graph shows that the owner is also behind a sister company.
That company had a similar case last year. The link is shown where relevant and lawful.
The provisions and two decisions
The overview points to the provisions the case turns on and to two earlier decisions in similar cases.
The caseworker spends the time on the assessment. Every piece of information traces back to its source.
The same basis for the same type of case
- Less time to an overview.
- Two caseworkers with the same type of case find the same rules and earlier decisions.
- Decisions are easier to justify, because the sources have been found.
- New caseworkers get up to speed faster.

The pilot runs at a fixed price: we map the workflow, deploy it in your environment and prove it on your own cases. Then you decide.
Fixed price · Fixed timeframe
- 01
Map the workflow
Two weeks with your people where we document what happens today, including the parts nobody wrote down.
- 02
Deploy in your environment
Inside your tenancy, on your data residency terms, with no exports and nothing leaving through the side door.
- 03
Prove it under audit
Controlled evaluation against your own cases with compliance and the process owner signing off before go-live.
- 04
Run in production
We stay on with retraining, reporting and ongoing oversight for as long as the workflow runs.
