Whether you have questions about your implementation, need technical assistance, or want to report an issue — we are here to help.

You can reach us directly via e-mail or phone during business hours (Monday–Friday, 09:00–16:00 CET). For structured issue tracking and full visibility into your request status, we recommend creating a ticket in our support Werkboard.

Create a support ticket

Our support Werkboard at werkboard.werktoej.dk gives you a structured way to submit, track, and follow up on support requests. Here is how to create a ticket:

  1. Go to werkboard.werktoej.dk and log in with your credentials.
  2. Click "New ticket" in the top-right corner.
  3. Select the category that best matches your request (e.g. Bug report, Feature request, General question).
  4. Fill in the subject and describe your issue in as much detail as possible — screenshots and error messages help us resolve things faster.
  5. Set priority level (Low, Medium, High, Critical) based on business impact.
  6. Click "Submit" — you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your ticket number.
  7. Track progress directly in the Werkboard. You will be notified when we respond or update the status.
